Training & Development
Madison County has a full service “One-Stop” Career Center located in Oneida which serves the entire County. Staff can assist with recruitments by placing your job orders on the State job bank and by holding recruitment events at the Center.
The center is also at the hub for workforce training programs. When federal or state dollars are available through one of the available incentive programs, it can subsidize wages if you hire a candidate who needs training or may be able to help with training for your incumbent workforce.
